Not so long ago burning discs was a job for professionals but with more and more software and much cheaper equipment this is something that we are doing almost everyday. This market segment is dominated with few quality products and users that have those products and were using them before will most likely use it again and will not seek to change it. In case that you are looking for a replacement for the most popular apps than NTI Media Maker should be on your list as one of the less known but quality products.
Among main features and advantages that we are getting from this program is the fact that it is accessible and easy to use. Now you have the access to the professional tool that will allow you to rip, convert, edit, backup, create CD/DVD/BluRay discs and similar.
Since we are getting a large number of features it is logical that the installation will need a while to finish. After you start the program you will immediately notice that the interface is nice looking but that it offers easy access to all features that this program offers.
The main window of the program includes several utilities, organized in categories for Video / Audio / Data content. One of the most exciting features of the program is the Home Video Maker, which allows you to gather up your photos into unique slideshows and burn them to high quality DVDs.
Another really nice addition to this program is the NTI Photo Maker that is integrated here and allows you to edit images with graphic filters and interesting transitions. Also there is a integrated compressor that will lower the size of the video files preserving the high quality. Quite similar is in the audio segment where you will be able to burn audio files but also it offers the editor, live recorder and ripper.
To make this software even more useful there is a DVD Copy feature that will enable you to significantly increase the transfer of the data on two disc drives. We need to say that all the tasks done with this program were really simple and fast while the quality is preserved at the high level.
NTI Media Maker will use allot of the system resources but that mainly depends on the process and features that you are using. Also, it will depend on your computer and hardware that you have.
