I saw this game elsewhere, and I thought it would be fun ponified.
So there are these characters:
Twilight Sparkle: 10
Applejack: 10
Rainbow Dash: 10
Rarity: 10
Pinkie Pie: 10
Fluttershy: 10
Spike: 10
Princess Luna: 10
Princess Celestia: 10
Derpy Hooves: 10
Each one has ten points. In your post, you have two moves. You must do something to hurt one pony, as well as something to heal another.
Example:
I insult Rarity's mane
I give Twilight Sparkle a book
Twilight Sparkle: 11
Applejack: 10
Rainbow Dash: 10
Rarity: 9
Pinkie Pie: 10
Fluttershy: 10
Spike: 10
Princess Luna: 10
Princess Celestia: 10
Derpy Hooves: 10
It goes like that. Once Somepony runs out of points, they are out for good and cannot return. In your post, you must post the numbers as well (including the characters you didn't effectwith your move).

I sneak Poisonous Joke into Rainbow Dash's food
I give Fluttershy a new pet

I introduced a population of Parasprites into Applejack's apple Orchard and they eat all of her apples.
I take lessons to make myself (Prince Blueblood) less snobby
